Our Company is concerned with the commercialization of soft, low-carbon steel wire, used for the producing of wire-hoods (composed of the belt and the star) in order to keep fixed the cap to the neck of the bottle (for ex.: champagne, vine or beer bottles).
All our production conforms to the standards UNI EN 10016, UNI EN 10244-2, class D.

Hot dip metallic wires galvanizing is the most efficient and appropriate process to run in order to protect the steel from the corrosion, improving so metal wire’s performance.

Deformation:
This test is executing in order to check some main metal wire’s features as the resistance and the elasticity. The test consist of procuring 210 mm of the length of redoubled wire, twisting it through a 4 mm-diameter hook. Minimal twisting numbers goes around 55.
Zinc-coating:
The surface results smooth and even.
Zinc’s adhesion
After wire’s twisting around its diameter, zinc’s stratum should not present any cracks.
DELIVERY FORM AND PACKAGING
Our wires are presented packaged into strapped skeins, owning the core made of cardboard tube. The skeins presenting the following features
The package include an euro pallet containing 4 skeins of the following dimensions: 1250 x 1000 x 750, covered by a plastic film. The package is tied with appropriate stretch stratus.
